  They wouldn't let my girlfriend exchange her Christmas gifts for the right sizes because she lost the receipt. I used to work in retail and we always accommodated our customers especially during the holidays. Like she's the first person to ever misplace a receipt, the tags were still on and the merchandise was never worn. They tried to offer us half the value of the return. Rip-off. Should have ordered online, Amazon is very helpful and understanding with their customers when it comes to returns.
